What happens when a system has no usable API?
Not every platform features a modern API. Older on-premise software, bespoke industry tools and legacy accounting software were never engineered for connectivity. QuikA Consulting works with the architecture in place: utilising standard APIs where available, or implementing database-level, file-based, or scheduled data extractions where they are not. Every method is read-safe and avoids fragile screen-scraping techniques that break during software updates. If a system cannot be connected safely, I say so upfront during the audit.
Cutovers are always tested against a duplicate environment first. The integration is built and validated in parallel with your active software. Every number is checked against live data, and the final switch only occurs when everything aligns perfectly. If an issue arises at cutover, your legacy process remains active for an immediate same-day rollback, ensuring zero operational downtime.

QuikA Consulting incorporates strict security and compliance standards into every project: access is tightly controlled through role-based permissions, data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and sensitive endpoints are never exposed.
During development, all work takes place within your own environment. Credentials remain stored inside your password manager or secrets vault, access rights are scoped strictly to project requirements (and time-limited where supported), and permissions can be revoked by your team at any point. Once the build is complete, you can rotate all touched credentials while the integration continues running seamlessly.
