Custom applications
A quoting engine. A client portal. A scheduler that fits how you actually work. The software you cannot buy because nobody else has your business.
Software development
When no product on the market fits how your business actually works, I build the one that does. Fast, because I build with AI. Sound, because I know how to keep it that way.

WHY BUILD
Every business ends up bending itself around software that almost fits: the workaround everyone knows, the spreadsheet that props up the gap, the process that exists only because the tool demanded it. Custom software used to be too expensive to justify. It is not any more. A generational shift in how software gets built has collapsed the cost and the timeline, so the software can finally fit the business, instead of the other way around.
WHAT I BUILD
A quoting engine. A client portal. A scheduler that fits how you actually work. The software you cannot buy because nobody else has your business.
Full custom software from scratch, or rescuing a build that stalled, a legacy system nobody dares touch, or a tool that has outgrown its foundations.
Websites built to be found by search engines and AI assistants alike, which in 2026 are not the same problem. And interactive lead tools that convert at 40 to 50%, not the 2.7% a static PDF manages.
Not a chatbot guessing. A model connected to your live systems, answering real questions with sources you can check.
HOW THE WORK RUNS
Every build runs the same way, from a business goal to working software. The full method and its pricing are published in detail.
I start with what you are trying to achieve, not with software. I work out what to build and whether it is worth building, so you know what is possible and what it is worth before committing.
A clear plan before a line of code: what to build, in what order, what it costs and what it returns. The hard questions answered up front, so the build is fast and predictable instead of a series of expensive surprises.
I build with AI across the whole process, which is how the work that takes a traditional team months takes weeks here. Every line reviewed, secured and tested, because fast is only worth having if it holds up.
Software that is not maintained quietly rots. Systems get updated, APIs change, and something that worked on day one breaks six months later. Most clients keep me on monthly to watch it and keep developing it.
FAST, AND SOUND
Most AI-generated code needs structured review to be safe, and that review is built into every project as standard rather than sold as an extra. QuikA Consulting builds with cutting-edge technology and techniques, including agentic AI, and then a senior engineer reads every line of what comes out. The value was never the typing. It is knowing which of the machine's confident answers to throw away.
7x
Faster delivery than traditional development, by using AI across analysis, design and build.
100%
Of what QuikA Consulting ships is reviewed by a senior engineer. AI-written code carries far more security flaws when it goes unchecked, so nothing goes out unchecked.
AFTER LAUNCH
You do. The code, the documentation and the access are yours: the repository, credentials in your own accounts, and written documentation of how it works and how to change it. If you want to take it in-house, or hand it to another developer, or run it yourself, nothing stops you. Clients are kept by being useful, not by being the only person who understands the system.
Software is not finished when it ships, so QuikA Consulting stays on to keep it running, keep it secure, and keep it improving. That includes reviewing the software your own team is now building with AI, because fast tools in untrained hands create risk that someone has to catch. Builds run on Vercel, Railway and Supabase, and deploy to your own cloud where you would rather own the infrastructure.
Constantly. A new application is only as good as the data reaching it, so most builds involve connecting something. Where the job is mostly about joining up what you already run, it is integration work. Where it is about making something that does not exist yet, it is development. Both run the same four phases and both are quoted before anything starts.
The completed builds are all development work: a platform, a website with an interactive lead tool, two custom CRMs and a Salesforce reporting layer.
A call with no fee and no sales deck. Share what you are aiming to achieve and where current technology is holding you back, and you will receive an honest evaluation of what is achievable, the timeline required, and the expected commercial value. If a project is not worth undertaking, I will tell you directly.
