Who you will be working with
QuikA Consulting is me: Jamie Thomson, an AI consultant with 25 years' experience in HR and L&D. I led the design and full end-to-end development of QuikAuthor, an AI-enabled microlearning platform, including its web architecture, interactive course builder, and native mobile apps. My recent work also includes an interactive lead generation platform for a safeguarding firm and a custom CRM for a startup enablement agency.
There is no account manager and no junior team: the person on the first call is the person who designs, builds and signs off the work. When a project needs another specialist, I bring in someone I trust and tell you who they are. Everything I build is documented and handed over, so you are never dependent on me.
Working with one senior person used to mean long queues and delays. Modern software engineering changes that entirely. Building with advanced technologies and techniques, including agentic AI, lets me deliver outcomes that previously required an entire department, with senior-level execution and without the delay.
